NEW PATIENTS

We want to thank you for your interest in Nellis Family Dentistry! Our goal is for your first visit to be pleasant, convenient, and trouble-free. To achieve these goals, kindly start by scheduling an appointment and then, upon making your first visit to our practice, kindly bring the following:

• Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist, if applicable.
• A list of medications you are presently taking.
• If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment.

During your visit, we will take the required time to address your dental health concerns, review your past medical and dental history, and create a treatment plan for you that will allow you to achieve better oral health. With your cooperation, we will also complete a comprehensive dental examination. We will check your teeth and gums for any dental disease.  We may even order dental x-rays, as appropriate, so we have everything we need to assess your dental health accurately and to provide for your care. Finally, if we identify an issue or problem, we may ask you to make a follow-up appointment, so we have the time needed to provide for your treatment.
